Back in 2006 I launched my first ever 6-Week Challenge.

At the time I had 16-bootcamps and over 200 people registered to follow my new program.

STEP 2: We go through a nutritional consultation and a movement screen so we can devise a nutrition plan and a training program that is specifically catered for you.
